Shrimp Cocktail 
1 16 oz jar BS Grillin' Co Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce
3 Tbs ground horseradish
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled

Pour Kickin' Pineapple BBQ Sauce into a dipping dish, combine with horseradish, and serve with shrimp.  



Pepper Relish and Cream Cheese Dip
8 oz BS Grillin' Co Blazin' Pepper Relish
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

In a large mixing bowl, mix Blazin' Pepper Relish, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.  Serve chilled with your favorite cracker.



Bacon Chicken Wraps
1 16-oz jar BS Grillin' Co Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
1/2 lb bacon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Brush foil with cooking oil.  Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap each piece of chicken with a small strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.  Place on baking sheet and brush with Smokin' Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Bake for 15 minutes.  Brush with more sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.


Deviled Eggs

1 cup BS Grillin' Co. Sweet Zucchini Relish

1 doz hard cooked eggs

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp white sugar

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp prepared mustard

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp finely chopped celery

1 pinch paprika, or to taste


Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside. Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in sweet zucchini relish, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, onion, and celery; mix well. Stuff or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving. Your guests will be asking for the "Secret ingredient" in those delicious eggs for the rest of the night!
